A Prayer in Moments of Despair

Lord,

Direct me,

when I don’t know where I am going;

Give me hope,

when everything seems hopeless;

Help me to believe,

when I don’t feel like believing;

Help me to find meaning,

when everything seems senseless

and

Give me the will to go on,

when I feel I can’t take anymore.

Amen.
